Back pain massagers have traditionally been used as a lower back pain treatment. It’s important to use a high quality massager. You can also combine massaging with shining infrared light on the spinal area (follow instructions carefully) to increase bloodflow and to soothe aching muscles. See my article on infrared light therapy for more information.
2) Pain Relief Cushions and Supports
Cushions and back pain supports are also part and parcel of traditional back pain relief treatments.
Supports can also be used to improve posture (which helps to improve blood flow to cramped muscles).
