Back Pain Therapy (part 18b)

Living in fear of chronic pain is often just as bad as the pain itself.

In previous posts, I’ve described how my main back pain symptoms and sciatica symptoms were caused by common oxygen deprivation pain to the muscles, tendons or nerves in the back which triggers acute spasms and nerve and muscle weaknesses in my legs also.

This process is described in great detail by Dr John Sarno in his books.

Although smoking and even having a yeast problem can aggravate the pain, they are not solely to blame.

As you can see, finding back pain therapy that actually works means finding processes that work.
