Finding the correct way to relieve lower back pain can be like finding the geese that lays the golden egg…
Finding lower back pain relief both short and long term takes patience and courage but it’s worth it in the end!
In my own efforts to relieve lower back pain I underwent:
- ‘failed’ back surgery,
- steroid injections,
- physiotherapy treatments,
- expensive chiropractic adjustments from three different chiropractors (all recommended),
- Bowen adjustments and
- various postural exercises that just aggravated my pain and frustration!
To relieve lower back pain properly I discovered that you need to find out what’s really causing the pain in the first place. If you don’t you’re just spinning your wheels trying to treat the pain effectively!
So what was the real cause for my pain?
The REAL ROOT CAUSE for my lower left back pain was in fact a trigger at work in my body that was causing the chronic leg pain and severe lower back pain.
Once I grasped this trigger and why it was activated, I was able to relieve my lower back pain. To grasp the trigger in your mind and understand the theory (explained fully in Volume One of my back pain cure ebook) I did 3 things:
(1) First I gained quick and instant pain relief using visualisation techniques I picked up in my research:
(2) I also used some back pain products as a temporary measure to get a hold on my pain and be less dependent on painkillers.

(3) And finally, I researched and discovered the tension myositis syndrome theory and adapted it for myself.
Through a lot of trial and error I learned to put it into practice in my life.

After these 3 steps I found I was healed within months and I had found a way to prevent the pain in the future!
My lower back MRI scans showed significant spinal deterioration, disc dessication, a small spinal cyst and two disc herniations.
But I’m not in pain because I learned what the trigger was for my own pain and how I could heal it, handle it and stop it!
Finding out how to relieve lower back pain short term, medium term and long term was a real eye opener for me and also it helped me have greater peace of mind in life generally.
I chose the path of freedom and every day I’m glad I found the courage and the strength to do that.
My cure was worth the effort put in to it remember that if the going gets tough for you. One day your pain will be a memory.
