					<description><![CDATA[Back pain solutions and sciatic pain relief seemed far from me as the hospital consultant told me in July 2009 that I might suffer with severe back pain for the rest of my life. I felt like crying. However after a couple of days I decided that I was going to beat this 'thing' myself and stop relying on the medical profession to 'fix' me as it wasn't going to work, at least not long term!
